Are There Tax Advantages?

There is a 30% Federal tax credit for the purchase of alternative energy equipment.  Some States also offer tax credits or other incentives.  In New Mexico, there is a 10% State tax credit.  It's best to check with your tax advisor for available incentives and how they may be applied to your situation.  This has changed, and last time we checked, the Fed tax credit was 26%.  Check with your accountant for current rates for Federal and State credits and/or incentives.
